Secret of the Web
If you want to succeed with an Internet business, there is but one challenge to overcome. Your killer app must simply get people to stay online as long as possible. That's it. That is why Google is so successful. They suck people into the web and keep them there indefinitely. That's why they bought YouTube. Now if your killer app will make it easier for you to save time and minimize your time on the web, then your success will be short lived. I don't think this thought is as transparent as to get rich you have to make a lot of money, but your app should pass this simple test. Don't try to save people's time--monopolize it! Then you'll have a killer app.
