The bus ride into the city is a gentle time at the beginning and end of each workday when quiet reflection is rewarded to all of the commuting souls who choose to live in NJ and work in NYC.

Going Insane
Does anyone know what is the opposite of going insane? I mean, can your own mind trigger such an altered mental state on its own? Is the opposite even something that can be thought of, or is some kind of entropy thing?
I should think Lucid Dreaming is the opposite of going insane.
